Bingo Availability Selection Instructions
Please review the available bingo dates between November 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027 and select all dates for which you, or your designated workers, are available to work.
When completing the form, please ensure that:
- You have carefully reviewed your availability and your sub workers before making your selections.
- You select all dates that could reasonably work for you, rather than only your preferred dates.
- You provided more availability than is required to help ensure that your organization’s bingo obligations can be met.
- You have submitted your signed “schedule D Designee Volunteer agreement” for your sub workers to volunteer at CAPA events. You can submit your form to capa.calgary@gmail.com. If you need a copy of the form email CAPA.
Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation. Your willingness to provide broad availability greatly assists with the scheduling process and helps ensure all bingo commitments can be fulfilled successfully.
Forms will be accepted until October 12, 2026. You can expect confirmation of your events by October 23, 2026. If we do not receive your form by October 12, waitlist positions will be available for self-registration. The CAPA executive cannot guarantee you will be able to meet your period requirements if you do not submit your form.
